What makes your products natural?
Our products are handcrafted with plant-based butters, clays, botanicals, and natural oils, using only safe and skin-friendly ingredients. While most of our ingredients are naturally derived, some products may include micas and fragrance oils. Our fragrance oils are always phthalate-free, skin-safe, and carefully chosen to meet our standards for quality. We avoid harsh chemicals, parabens, and sulfates so you can feel good about what goes on your skin.
Are your products cruelty-free and eco-friendly?
Yes! We never test on animals, and our products are always cruelty-free. Our packaging choices are eco-conscious, with recyclable, compostable, or reusable options whenever possible.
Do you take wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes, we do! If you're interested in carrying our products in your shop or need a bulk order for an event, please contact us directly at happier@littleserenityfarms.com for pricing and availability.
Do your products contain preservatives?
We use natural preservatives when needed to keep our products safe and fresh. Since many of our products contain natural oils and butters, they're best stored in a cool, dry place and used within 6-12 months.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are gentle and designed with sensitive skin in mind. We also offer fragrance-free options like our Plain Jane collection. However, everyone's skin is unique, so we recommend doing a patch test before full use.
Do your products contain nuts, soy, or gluten?
Some of our products may contain nut oils (such as jojoba or argan oil). While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we recommend checking each product's ingredient list carefully if you have allergies. At this time, we do not use soy or gluten-based ingredients.
Are your products vegan?
Many of our products are vegan, but a few items (like those containing honey or beeswax) are not.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $75 with code FREEOVER75.

What happens if my package arrives damaged or melted?
We want you to love your order! If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us through our email happier@littleserenityfarms.com within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right, whether that's a replacement or refund.
Some of our natural products are heat sensitive. While we do our best to package them securely, we cannot control heat exposure during shipping. To help protect your order: bring packages inside promptly after delivery; store products in a cool, dry place; and if melting occurs, place the product in the fridge for 15-30 minutes to allow it to resolidify. Please note: We are not responsible for heat-related melting during transit.
