Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handcrafted and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons, as well as possible potential tampering or contamination risks.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within seven (7) days of your arrival delivery date at happier@littleserenityfarms.com, and we'll be happy to make it right so long as the product remains unopened, untampered, and unused!
